The fourth edition of the samaj book, printed three times since 1955 - and the first kept by the families who are in it.
How it works

Register your mobile number
One number signs the whole household in. We send a one-time password to make sure it is yours.

Fill in your family
Everyone in the household, in Gujarati and English. Type one and the other fills itself in as you go.

The office approves it
A member of the office checks the record against what they hold. Once approved, your family is in the directory.

Keep it up to date
A newborn, a marriage, a move. Every change goes back to the office, so the register stays one register.
Who can see it
Only registered, approved members of the samaj can browse the directory, and nobody outside the panch is given access to it. Your record is yours: the office never makes it public and never sells it.
